Polartec® Alpha™ is an innovative next-to-skin technology that regulates body temperature by continuously releasing excess heat and maintaining warmth. Polartec® Power Shield™ Pro, on the other hand, uses a non-PFAS bio-based membrane to keep water and wind at bay, without sacrificing breathability. More importantly, it uses Biolon™* nylon, a plant-based alternative that lowers the carbon footprint by 50% compared to virgin Nylon-6,6.
