This season, Polartec and MEC Label honor their long-standing partnership with the release of the newly rebranded MEC Label Polartec 82 Fleece.

A relationship going back decades, MEC Label and Polartec have been working together since the 1980s when the brand first integrated Polartec technology into the line to create the original fleece jacket, signaling the beginning of the perfect marriage of cozy and functional. Not surprisingly, the jacket was a coveted piece in the much-loved MEC Catalogues of the 1980s.

As both brands celebrate decades of innovation this year, delivering classic, well-loved outdoor apparel over the years, MEC Label and Polartec have come together to honor the anniversary with the recreation of that classic style.
